At DIYAutoTune, we want to ensure you have the right performance parts for your build. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included hardware and documentation to ensure it arrives in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to the return address provided by our staff.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
